Add A Little Local Colour

Recently we visited Can Majoral, the bodega producing some of our favourite wines here in Mallorca. We met Andreu, visited the vineyard and the winemaking rooms, and of course tasted the wines. We're really impressed and inspired by this place, they have been pioneering organic viniculture here and central to the saving of indigenous grape varieties and they're making truly fabulous wines. We're excited to add another wine of theirs to our list, this spectacular wine 'Galdent', from the Viognier grape is a full bodied white, smooth, creamy and full of deep, nuanced notes.
